Goodbye, AYCJ

Well, it was fun while it lasted. I didn’t succeed at writing a song on every flight, but I was able to post a song after eight of the >20 flights I flew during the AYCJ pass.

Click here to listen to them, and feel free to keep up with my musical progress over at my Soundcloud account.

Thanks for following my challenge – see you at the next AYCJ!

What’s this all about?

Hey! I'm Blake, an aspiring musician and freelance web developer. These are the chronicles of my adventures on jetBlue's "All You Can Jet" pass this month.

One song per flight!

That's my goal - I'm using this unique opportunity to challenge myself and get those creative juices flowing.

Why? I love the solitude of being in the air, disconnected from the world and sitting in the sky alongside beautiful clouds.

My goal is to record a simple song idea every time I fly. Over the next few weeks, I'll refine the song ideas into real songs and post them here.
